Grievance Redressal Mechanism

As per Rule 3(11) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and relevant provisions under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the following mechanism has been established:

Lodging a Complaint
If you have any concerns, complaints, or grievances relating to:

  • Data privacy or misuse
  • Unauthorized access to your account or personal data
  • Violation of Terms of Service or rights

You may submit a complaint via email or written correspondence to the Grievance Officer.

Timeline for Resolution

  • All grievances will be acknowledged within 60 hours of receipt.
  • A final response will be provided within 15 days, as mandated by law.

Appeal
If you’re not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.
