How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using UPI at the moment.
What is the minimum amount required for an order?
There is no minimum amount for an order to be submitted.
I want to cancel my order. How do I do it?
We do not allow order cancellations if the payment has gone through.

If you de feel it was done incorrectly, please write to us with your email id, order date and order number to grievances@no-que.com and we will get back to you
I need to add more items to my order but I have already paid for it. What do I do?
Please place another order at the same restaurant. Since there is no minimum order requirement, you can submit as many orders as possible
How to track my order?
Once the order is placed and paid for, you can track the order via ‘Your Orders’ tab on the Navigations Pane of the app
Where can I find the notifications for my orders?
Hit the Refresh button on the top right of the ‘Notifications’ screen to get the latest notifications.
Where is the difference between 'Active' and 'All' notifications, in the 'Notifications' screen for my orders?
